know if this can be used to clone a disk

Since this software can be used to copy a partition, can it be used to clone a disk partition to a new drive? Does it generate an ISO file. Can that ISO file be used with a Virtual Machine Hypervisor create a virtual machine (assuming the OS is on the copied partition)?
